Well today was day 2 and boy was I sore! I woke up sore and by the time I got home from work I did not want to work out. But I pushed through it. I have a feeling I will be even more sore tomorrow but I can do it! Back with another update tomorrow.

PS) The bodybugg rocks! Two days in and I have a deficit of over 500 calories per day. Let’s hope this reflects in my weigh-in sunday!
