It was a freezing 15 degrees here today. All I wanted to do when I got home was snuggle on my couch under my electric blanket. But despite all that I did day 5. I am not sore at all anymore and I am able to go deeper and have more endurance. I still have a way to go but I am getting stronger. Day 6 here I come!

So today was day 4 of shred. I woke up not as sore as previous days. The work out is getting easier. I am excited to continue and start doing less and less modifications. Hopefully by day 10 I will be doing full push-ups. I am still doing the mod. push-ups right now.

Day 3 is down and I must admit that it is getting easier. I am still sore but I can actually make it through the workout with out wanting to die! I have 7 more days of level 1 and I know that I will be able to do the harder moves by then. Stay tuned!

Well today was day 2 and boy was I sore! I woke up sore and by the time I got home from work I did not want to work out. But I pushed through it. I have a feeling I will be even more sore tomorrow but I can do it! Back with another update tomorrow.

PS) The bodybugg rocks! Two days in and I have a deficit of over 500 calories per day. Let’s hope this reflects in my weigh-in sunday!

My husband got me a body bugg. I am starting it today and look forward to seeing how many calories I am actually burning.

I am also starting Jillian Micheals 30 day shred today. I am going to do level 1 for 10 days, level 2 for 10 days and level 3 for 10 days. I am going to take pictures and measurements and update every 10 days. I’ll keep you posted on how it is going. Stay tuned!
