baked ruffles

Hungry Girl posted a video today about trigger foods (http://www.hungry-girl.com/genericpreview.php?newsletterid=1859). So I thought I would share my trigger foods. Salty snacks are easily my trigger foods. Anything salty and crunchy and especially cheesy make me crazy. My biggest trigger is baked cheddar and sour cream ruffles. I can eat the bag in one sitting without blinking an eye. The first time I lost weight I could not buy them because I knew I could not control myself. I think that it is time that I go back to that. Looks like I will be cleaning out the pantry of trigger foods this weekend!  What are some of your trigger foods and how do you deal with them?
