One of my friends has a great blog. She has started posting more lately and it has inspired me to get back to blogging. Check her out here. January was a very good month to me. I have started the couch to 5k workout and am currently in week 5. It has really motivated me to go the the gym more consistently since it is too cold to run outside. That combined with tracking my food using the bodybugg has helped me to lose 10 pounds. I am feeling better and every little loss helps to motivate me. I am hoping to continue to share tips and tricks that are helping me with my weight loss.
